I'm Dr. Abha Sud, PT, DPT, dedicated to helping those over 65 manage chronic health issues while embracing a full, active life. With 18 years of experience as a doctor of physical therapy, I understand the complexities of aging and the unique challenges it can present. My approach combines physical therapy with life coaching, offering personalized guidance and support. I believe deeply in the potential of my clients, and I'm committed to empowering them to lead the fulfilling lives they desire.
